Meet the team

Lottie

Senior Wedding Florist

Lottie has a background in art and design, completing a Fine Art Photography degree in Brighton in 2014. In search of a career that was creative yet hands on, Lottie turned to floristry and quickly found a role in which she thrived. Initially training in London, she went on to work in busy flower shops before finding her niche working in wedding and event floristry. Her photographic studies greatly inform her work – an understanding of colour, composition and form translated well into working with and arranging flowers. She loves working with scented flowers and foliage, such as garden roses, sweet peas and fresh herbs. Lottie is constantly inspired by the English countryside and enjoys working in response to the changing seasons.

Jules

Senior Florist

With a passion for mid-century design and retro caravanning in her 1966 American Airstream – and after ten years as a successful Graphic Designer – Julia decided to apply her creative skills and flair for contemporary design to floristry. In 1997, after getting married and becoming increasingly interested in the floral/wedding industry, she became a trainee florist and later gained The City and Guilds Medal for Excellence Award in 2003, along with winner at the Spring Florist Event in 2002.

Michelle

Senior Wedding Florist

After years of crafting as a hobby Michelle discovered flowers and it wasn't long before she left her day job in event management to follow a more creative career. Whilst studying at Bath college, Michelle learnt the ropes working and training at a busy florist in Bristol. She then took the opportunity to learn floral techniques from across the pond whilst living in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for several years. Now she's excited to be back in the UK, working with seasonal blooms and taking inspiration from the Bath countryside once again.
